Supervisory fees of the European Central Bank: Auditor's statement

This supervision release is a continuation of Supervision release 18/2015 published on 7 May, addressing the submission of ECB supervisory fee factors to the Financial Supervisory Authority (link below).

In cases where supervised entities are required to submit an auditor's statement, such statement may be submitted to the Financial Supervisory authority either by letter to: Financial Supervisory Authority, PO Box 103, FI-00101 Helsinki, Finland (the envelope should be marked ”ECB Supervisory fees/RVTA/Corin”) or as a scanned electronic copy to: EKP_valvontamaksut(at)fiva.fi.

Guidance on the auditor's statement can be found in the completion instructions for the supervisory fee templates and Article 7(2)(c) of ECB Decision 2015/530 (links below). The ECB has not issued any further instructions to national competent authorities on the content of the auditor's statement.
