User data, notifications of change and re-registration
By entering your user ID and password, you can view your own data and submit notifications of changes (for example, in your contact information).
Insurance agents and brokers who have already been registered in the Register of Insurance Intermediaries can also make an electronic application for re-registration via the service (available in Finnish and Swedish).
Search for insurance intermediaries in the register
You can search for insurance agents and brokers in the Register of Insurance Intermediaries. According to Finnish law, all insurance intermediaries engaged in the insurance business must be registered in the Register of Insurance Intermediaries maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA).
Ban list
The Financial Supervisory Authority can prohibit legal and natural persons, under penalty of a fine, from pursuing insurance mediation in Finland without a due registration or notification procedure as specified in the Act on Insurance Mediation.
