Information on MiCA Level 2 regulations for crypto-asset service providers

Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/885 was published on 20 August 2025 regarding the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) Regulation. The Regulation specifies the arrangements, systems and procedures to prevent, detect and report market abuse. The Regulation also specifies the templates to be used for reporting suspected market abuse, and the coordination procedures between the competent authorities for the detection and sanctioning of market abuse in cross-border market abuse situations.
