Amendments to FIN-FSA Regulations and guidelines 20/2013 and 26/2013
The Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA) has made technical amendements to Regulations and guidelines 20/2013 Reporting of financial information and 26/2013 Common European Reporting (COREP).
The regulatory background of the Regulations and guidelines has been updated to correspond to current regulations. The Regulations and guidelines have been updated with the new number of the EU Implementing Regulation and article numbers have been amended to correspond to current regulations. Guidelines GL/2023/08, issued by the European Banking Authority (EBA), which are related to the matters addressed in Regulations and guidelines 26/2013, have been added to the section international recommendations.
Entry into force of the amended Regulations and guidelines
The amended Regulations and guidelines will enter into force on 28 June 2025.
