Web pages and forms concerning the registration procedure for consumer credit intermediaries and new consumer credit providers have been published
A Government Decree on the professional requirements for credit providers and intermediaries of certain consumer credits, issued under the Act on Certain Credit Intermediaries (164/2026), has been published. More detailed information on the registration procedure for consumer credit intermediaries and new consumer credit providers, as well as the forms recommended by the FIN-FSA for the registration procedure, have now been added to the FIN-FSA's website.
In the near future, the FIN-FSA will also publish answers to frequently asked questions on the registration obligation on its website.
