Change of deputy member on FIN-FSA Board
On 12 December 2025, the Parliamentary Supervisory Council appointed Sami Napari as a deputy member of the Board of the Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA) with effect from 1 January 2026.
Napari is a Senior Financial Adviser in the Unit for Financial Policy of the Financial Markets Department at the Ministry of Finance. He will succeed Paula Kirppu in this deputy member position.
