Data collections published in the FIN-FSA’s reporting system – Validation Service and Reporter’s Portal
The FIN-FSA has updated its reporting system and published new and amended EBA data collections in the Validation Service and the Reporter’s Portal. The updates are based on version DPM 4.2 of the EBA reporting framework, the data collections of which will be taken into use in reporting during 2026.
The data collection for reporting under the Instant Payments Regulation (IPR) has been published in the Validation Service. The IPR covers the prices and rejection rates of SEPA instant credit transfers and is to be reported for the years 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025, and annually thereafter. The reporting forms will be published in the Reporting Portal in the near future
The following EBA data collection updates are now available in the Validation Service and complement the data collections published earlier.

The following data collection updates are available in the Reporter’s Portal:

The remaining data collections will be published in the Validation Service in the near future. A separate notification will be issued when the Reporter’s Portal opens.
