Notification of short positions when eServices is unavailable

1. Download the notification form and complete it

• Notification form for net short positions (excel) Updated 5 June 2026
• Cancellation form for erroneous net short position notification (excel) Updated 5 June 2026

2. Send the notification form to the FIN-FSA

• The form should be sent in Excel format to shortselling(at)fiva.fi by encrypted email. Instructions on the secure email system: instructions for external users
