What should be reported?  

This directory provides a list of information various supervised entities are required to report to the FIN-FSA.

The reported data can be divided into the following:

• Reports produced with reporting IT applications (the Jakelu distribution service or data collection forms)
• Reports submitted through the TYVI Service
• Information reported on standard forms or as seperate file
• Information reported in free form
