Register of prospectuses 

The register of prospectuses published by FIN-FSA contains all those prospectuses on securities offerings  and listings as well as all those offer documents it has approved since 1 January 2005. The database also contains information on those prospectuses which have been approved by the competent authorities of an EEA state and notified to the FIN-FSA since 1 July 2005.

FIN-FSA has approved the prospectuses and offer documents published in the register of prospectuses. However, the supervisory authority does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy of the information contained therein. The register is not an official publication channel for prospectuses, thus the issuer still has responsibility for publishing its prospectus and possible supplements to it on its own web page.

The prospectus is published in the language for which FIN-FSA approval has been given. The issuer has provided FIN-FSA with the prospectus in electronic form to be published in the register of prospectuses. The official approved version of the prospectus is, however, the paper version delivered to the FIN-FSA's registry.

FIN-FSA assumes no responsibility for the prospectuses and supplements in the register being brought up to date. The publishing of the prospectuses in the register should not be considered as an encouragement or advice to investment or other activities. 

Prospectuses approved prior to the register

The FIN-FSA's web page also includes lists of such prospectuses and offer documents that were approved by FIN-FSA between 2003 and 2006 as well as information about those prospectuses that were mutually recognised since 1 January 2003 .
