Warnings concerning authorisation and prospectus requirements 

FIN-FSA makes public its lists of observations and enquiries concerning authorisation and the obligation to provide a prospectus.

The list of authorisations shows companies that provide services that have drawn our attention in the course of supervising authorisations for the provision of financial services.  At this stage, however, FIN-FSA is not sure if these companies provide financial services that are subject to authorisation.

The list concerning the obligation to provide a prospectus shows companies that have not provided a prospectus approved by FIN-FSA and that offer securities which have drawn our attention or about which we have received enquiries. FIN-FSA does not currently have specific information as to whether these companies offer securities to the general public in Finland and whether they are subject to the requirement of publishing a prospectus.
