FIN-FSA regulations
The set of FIN-FSA regulations includes both legally binding regulations and recommendatory guidelines issued by FIN-FSA. The set of regulations has so far three parts: new set of FIN-FSA regulations set of regulations for the financial sector and set of regulations for the insurance sector.
FIN-FSA will gradually adopt the new set of FIN-FSA regulations, which will replace the current sets of regulations for the financial and insurance sectors. The new set of regulations will be divided into specific subject areas common to the financial sectors.
The set of regulations for the financial sector consists of the standards, regulations and guidelines issued by the former Financial Supervision Authority. A standard is a collection of subject-specific regulations and guidelines.
The set of regulations for the insurance sector consists of the regulations and guidelines issued by the former Insurance Supervisory Authority. These regulations and guidelines are designed for different target groups.
Please note that all translations of FIN-FSA regulations are unofficial. Please note also that not all FIN-FSA regulations have been translated into English.
