Exceptions to flagging obligations
Securities intermediaries, securities custodians and management companies have, under certain conditions, the possibility to be granted derogation from the flagging obligation. Grounds for the derogation and instructions are as defined in the Ministry of Finance Decree in sections 2, 3 and 8 (see the link on the right).
